How do I place an order on E-Modesta.com?

You can place your order online at www.e-modesta.com or by sending us a message on our Facebook page at www.facebook.com/emodestafashion

Ordering on e-modesta.com is easy and secure. Once you have found the item you would like to purchase, select the correct size and color then click the "ADD TO CART" button to place it in your cart.

After adding an item, click on the cart icon on the right side.

Click ‘’CHECK OUT’’ at the bottom after adding all items you want to purchase, then enter your shipping address information accurately. Then click "CONTINUE TO SHIPPING METHOD" and select your shipping method. Then click "CONTINUE TO PAYMENT METHOD" Choose your payment method in the new page and fill in the information.

Click ‘’COMPLETE ORDER’’ to place your order.

Can I place an order all over the world?

Yes, in E-Modesta.com we provide worldwide delivery. 

How long does delivery take?

The delivery process varies according to the address and shipping company. Estimated delivery is between 3-15 days if you choose DHL express or Free shipping which takes from 15-20 Days, All your orders are delivered by express shipping. You can track your order with the shipping code provided.

How much is delivery charged?

The shipping fee varies based on the shipping country and the quantity of items ordered. You can check the shipping fee at the check-out page.

Important! Packages delivered internationally may be subject to customs duty. In this case, customs officials will inform you about how to receive your order. Customs duty may vary according to your order and shipping country. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay duty on any order subject to customs clearance. 

How can I track my order status?

After placing your order, it will be dispatched in 2-5 business days. A tracking number will be updated in your order page and will be sent to your email as well, so that you can track your order status. 

Do you have a store?

No. E-Modesta.com is an e-commerce store that allows you to shop from our collection all over the world. 

Are items identical to images?

Yes. In E-Modesta we provide real-life photos of our items. All items are photographed by our team. Items you purchase are guaranteed to be exactly the same as the photos presented on our website. 

How can I return an item?

By contacting us directly by email or by Facebook messenger. Return period is 7 days from the delivery date. You can start your return process from our Easy Return Center section after logging in to your account. If you do not have an account, please contact our Customer care for more info regard your return. if you ordered within a discount promotions our return center will not be activated, you need to contact us on info@e-modesta.com. 

In order to ensure a smooth and speedy return process please follow the instructions carefully. Once you complete the return form, 

You don’t need to pay when posting your order,But in case of return you ship it at your own expenses and send us tracking number, You need to write clearly "Return" on the shipping label and any duties,customs or taxes charged will be deducted from your balance. we should receive the return in our warehouse within 14 days from your request or we have the choice to refuse the refund.   
From time to time E-Modesta will offer free shipping promotions. To be notified by email, simply sign up to our email updates. Free shipping promotions will be applied at check out, Please note, in the case of a refund being demanded, E-Modesta in its turn will deduct from the client the shipping charges,Orders with discounts under clearance sale and season end sale are discontinued therefore they are not eligible for our return center you need to contact us by email and shipping at your expense in this case.    
*Terms & Conditions: all goods are your responsibility once in your possession, so please handle all goods with extreme care and ensure that you send the package by a method which insures the value of the goods, as well as retaining your proof of postage. If the goods do not reach us within 14 days of receipt, we reserve the right not to process your return. In order to process a refund, the goods must be returned to us intact, unworn, undamaged and within 14 days of receipt of goods. When trying on items of clothing, please ensure do not use unnecessary force and ensure you are not wearing perfume, makeup, aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. In the interest of hygiene we do not offer refunds on any items if the hygiene seal has been removed or any tickets have been broken. Returns cannot be processed for items purchased in sale or with discount codes.
