Item Exchange with Different Size

* Use this if you want to exchange item with different size.

* Please contact us by email first so that we know which item you want to exchange and what is the new size. 

* Please enter your email address as its necessary since you will receive document on your email that you to print out. DHL agent will come to your address and pick up the item, you must also submit the printed document to DHL agent at this point.

* Kindly note that the payment is for shipping fees only, it covers the shipping from your address to our warehouse for the old item, and from our warehouse to your address for the new item.
